Renter’s insurance is required for all tenants occupying the unit. Being insured allows tenants to feel safe and secure knowing that unforeseen accidents will be covered for a low monthly cost. Resident’s with renter’s insurance can upload their policy details in the Profile settings on their Online Tenant Portal. Renter’s insurance can also be purchased through the resident portal, as well. Pro Tip: Check to see if your auto insurance can be bundled with renter’s insurance for a multi-policy discount.
